ISO 9001 is the world's most widely used quality management standard, and many clients in Iraq, especially in the oil and gas sector, now ask suppliers for a valid certificate. The sixth edition, ISO 9001:2026, was published on 16 September 2026 and replaces the 2015 edition. This self-study course explains what the standard requires and how to apply it in a real company, in plain language.
Across eight lessons you will follow Sindbad Precast Concrete, a Basra manufacturer that needs certification to qualify for an oil-company tender and wants to stop cracked products and late deliveries. You will learn the seven quality management principles, the process approach, Plan-Do-Check-Act and risk-based thinking; then work through clauses 4 to 10: context and interested parties (including climate change), leadership, quality culture and ethics, the quality policy, risks and opportunities, objectives, planning of changes, resources, calibration, competence, documented information, customer requirements, design, supplier control, production, traceability, release and nonconforming outputs, KPIs, customer satisfaction, internal audit to ISO 19011, management review, root cause analysis and corrective action. The final lesson covers the implementation roadmap, gap analysis, the certification process, choosing an accredited certification body and the transition from the 2015 to the 2026 edition. The course includes 47 diagrams and charts, three narrated videos, knowledge checks in every lesson, downloadable templates and a 25-question final exam.

ستتابع على مدى ثمانية دروس شركة سندباد للخرسانة مسبقة الصب، وهي مصنع في البصرة يحتاج الشهادة للتأهل لمناقصة شركة نفطية ويريد إيقاف المنتجات المتشققة والتسليم المتأخر. ستتعلم مبادئ إدارة الجودة السبعة ونهج العمليات ودورة خطط-نفّذ-افحص-حسّن والتفكير المبني على المخاطر، ثم تمر على البنود من 4 إلى 10: السياق والأطراف المعنية (ومنها تغير المناخ)، والقيادة وثقافة الجودة والأخلاقيات، وسياسة الجودة، والمخاطر والفرص، والأهداف، وتخطيط التغييرات، والموارد والمعايرة والكفاءة والمعلومات الموثقة، ومتطلبات العملاء والتصميم وضبط الموردين والإنتاج والتتبع والإفراج والمخرجات غير المطابقة، ومؤشرات الأداء ورضا العملاء والتدقيق الداخلي وفق ISO 19011 ومراجعة الإدارة وتحليل السبب الجذري والإجراء التصحيحي. ويغطي الدرس الأخير خارطة التطبيق وتحليل الفجوات وعملية الإشهاد واختيار جهة إشهاد معتمدة والانتقال من إصدار 2015 إلى إصدار 2026. وتتضمن الدورة 47 رسماً ومخططاً وثلاثة فيديوهات مسموعة وأسئلة تحقق في كل درس ونماذج قابلة للتنزيل واختباراً نهائياً من 25 سؤالاً.
