Customers ask the same questions every day, and the answers are already written in your documents. In this hands-on course you build a chatbot that reads those documents for you and answers on your website, day and night.

You follow Rafidain Solar, an example solar company in Basra. You learn how retrieval works (find the right pieces first, then write), prepare documents that give good answers, and set up a free Supabase vector store with one copy-ready script. You build a loading workflow in n8n that takes files from Google Drive, splits them into overlapping chunks, turns them into embeddings and stores them with their file names. Then you build the chat workflow: an AI Agent with Gemini, memory for each visitor, your documents as a search tool, and a system message that keeps answers short, sourced and safe. You test the bot with a 20-question set, including Arabic questions on English documents, questions it must refuse and prompt-injection tricks, and fix problems at the cause. Finally you put the chat bubble on your website with Allowed Origins, and learn how to update one document, control costs and improve the bot from real chats.

Every lesson has illustrated step-by-step screens, copy-ready settings and code, short narrated videos, troubleshooting tables and knowledge checks. Starter files (setup SQL, system message, tool description, test set and website code) are included, and the course ends with a 15-question final exam.
